All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.

PRICING
Prices are in Australian Dollars.

Prices include GST for sales within Australia.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

SUPPLY
We process orders as they come in and will be shipped either that day or the next business day.

If stock is unavailable resulting in a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you at the email address on our order to advise you of the reason for the delay.  You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

Every attempt has been made to reproduce the colour of the items as accurately as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, On Safari Online Store will gladly refund your credit card, issue a credit note or provide a replacement on presentation of the original On Safari Online sales docket.  Please ensure product is returned in its original condition and all tags are in place.  Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.  Where a replacement is required, your credit card will be charged for the additional freighting costs and any pricing differences.

All refunds and/or exchanges must occur within 30 days of the date on your receipt.  

DELIVERY
Domestic
Purchases from the On Safari Online Store will be forwarded by Australia Post and should be delivered within 5-7 business days to all areas of Australia.

International
International purchases from the On Safari Online Store will be shipped via Australia Post Airmail, approximately 10 -14 business days.  Extra cover (formerly Insurance) will be included in the handling costs.

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed.  The transmission of this information to the On Safari Online Store may affect estimated delivery times.  We reserve the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

Government customs and clearance in your country may delay the delivery of your order.  If you have not received your merchandise within a reasonable period of time, please email sales@onsafari.com.au.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Deliveries outside Australia may be subject to government import charges and taxes which are payable by the receiver.  These charges are not included in the prices on the On Safari Online Store.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer.  If you do not accept these charges and/or taxes, the cost of the return freight will be deducted from the refund amount.  For further details on these charges, please contact your local Customs Department.
